I'm an eternal optimist, foodie, I have fomo, have the travel bug, and I'm an enneagram 7, meaning I'm motivated by fun, which is basically this job so I feel super lucky to be doing what I love:)
I've had a love affair with photography since I was little. Finally, and with a ton of support from my husband, I took a chance and started my business in 2021 and it's been the best decision!
Recently, I've been practicing truly living in the present moment. No moment, day, event, etc, is EVER the same! I love that pictures help us feel and remember again:)
A few more things about me
I lived in Germany for a year and half and learned to speak the language. I knew I had to incorporate my love for the German language somehow, so I named my business FotoGems!
I'm married to my best friend, Charlie:) We eloped in 2020, so I have some tips if you're eloping too! If you're lucky you'll get to meet him as he'll sometimes tag along with me!
I grew up in Utah and learned to love the outdoors! I've loved exploring new places in the Bay Area and think that both Utah and California are photographer’s playgrounds:)
When I’m not doing photography, I’m probably eating or outdoors! I play volleyball, hike, workout, do yoga, travel, you name it. If it's fun, I'm there:)
